Rocking Horse Ranch Rated Top Family Resort In U.S.

For the 5th year TripAdvisor reviewers give Rocking Horse Ranch top distinction


Families on-the-go won’t have to travel by plane or boat to get to one of the U.S’s top-rated family resorts. TripAdvisor reviewers collectively rated Rocking Horse Ranch Resort in Highland, NY a Top 10 Family Resort in the United States for 2016.

The prestigious award was determined using an algorithm that consolidated millions of travel reviews and opinions from travelers around the world. Extra attention was placed on reviewers that traveled with their families.

“These Travelers’ Choice award-winners make it easier for parents to find that perfect hotel for their next family trip,” said Barbara Messing, chief marketing officer for TripAdvisor. “Travelers can enjoy a host of family-friendly amenities and activities that will keep everyone entertained.”

The Top Family Resorts award is an annual award. Rocking Horse Ranch has been selected each year for the past 5 years.

This spring, Rocking Horse introduces its newest outdoor thrill attraction. The Timber Chute Mountain Tubing is a year-round, downhill tubing experience. The all-season tubing sends families down the world famous, 500-foot long Timber Chute lanes. The first rides will begin this May.
