Music Venues Re-Opening in Ulster County

Live music is alive and well.

Many of our most popular music and performing arts venues are making a comeback. Check out their listings to see who’s playing and make a music stop on your “Bikes & Brews Tour.”

1. The Colony Woodstock.

The Colony Beer Garden is now open! The indoor venue at Colony Woodstock re-opens Sunday, June 6th with a show from Spiritual Rez. Please visit Eventbrite.com for Tickets and Updates on their calendar.

2. The Falcon.

The Falcon is a one-stop shop for entertainment! Listen to live music Thursday through Sunday most weeks. Check out their full events calendar and everything they have to offer on their website

3. Maverick Concerts.

Maverick Concerts is pleased to announce a return to live performances of “Music in the Woods” — nine weekends of chamber music performances, in their historic 1916 Concert Hall, from July 18th to September 12th. As plans are further developed and the season’s performances are confirmed, they will be making further announcements. Join their mailing list to get all the updates!

4. Bearsville Theater.

One of the great treasures of Woodstock's music scene, with a stage that's hosted legends like Bob Weir, Mick Taylor, Natalie Merchant, and many others. Now, after a massive renovation and several delays due to Covid, the theater is finally reopening! Check out their website to see the upcoming line-up.

5. Opus 40.

Opus 40 is a world-famous nonprofit sculpture park and museum with more than 60 acres of meadows, forested paths and bluestone quarries — including 6.5 acres of earthwork sculpture — in the heart of the Hudson Valley in Saugerties, NY.
