Richard Frisbie combines his passions for history, food, wine and travel with his curiosity about other cultures to create articles for online and print publications. Most recently, he contributed to "Savoring Gotham, A Food Lover’s Companion to NYC," Oxford University Press. He also contributed a session for Well Spring on Culinary Travel, and is a frequent panelist at regional book events.
