Spring Celebration at Historic Huguenot Street

Historic Huguenot Street’s Spring Celebration Pinkster Festival will include a mix of the traditional Dutch and African customs that made this event so popular in early America. Historic Huguenot Street’s Spring Celebration Pinkster Festival will highlight the ways in which the free and enslaved Africans in New York and Ulster County transformed this traditionally Christian holiday into a festival that evoked and embraced their West African roots. 4 p.m.-7 p.m.
