The Mark Gruber Gallery presents it’s first Virtual exhibition, “Chasing Light”, a group show. This exhibit marks the gallery’s 44th year in business. View this Virtual show on line until the gallery is allowed to open it’s doors once again. When they do, it will be with a Grand Re-Opening event celebrating “Chasing Light” and their move to a new location, four doors to the right (in the old Game Stop space). The Mark Gruber Gallery will forego a wine and cheese Opening Reception for the Virtual show, “Chasing Light”,  due to the pandemic. So, when you view on line, please bring your own refreshments and enjoy from the sanctity of your own home. In the meantime, using an abundance of caution to keep the public and staff safe, works are available for sale. The gallery’s framing service can also be accessed. Please email Mark at or call the gallery at their temporary off-site cell number: (845) 750-1288. Mark will be able to make the appropriate arrangements. “Chasing Light”, the quintessential goal of artists through the ages, is expressed and interpreted by these local talents in contemporary yet traditional styles and a variety of media. Art is “essential” at a time like this to keep our spirits high and keep us chasing  the light toward hope. The list of artists include such luminaries as Sue Barrasi, Jim Coe, Jim Cramer,  Kevin Cook, Mireille Duchesne, Carolyn Edlund, Staats Fasoldt, Tarryl Gabel, Marlene Wiedenbaum, to name but a few.
