Kingston in World History Lecture by Dr. Thomas Mounkhall

Dr. Thomas Mounkhall has studied and taught world history for the past fifty years.  He has trained hundreds of world history teachers over his career as well as authored countless articles and one book on world history.  Join Dr. Mounkhall and learn about pre-English Kingston (c. 15,000 BCE—1664 CE) in a world history context.  His lecture will touch on such topics as indigenous people, Henry Hudson, Dutch influence and the creation of the Kingston Stockade, among others.  Dr. Mounkhall will be available for questions and discussion before and after the lecture.
