Fragmented & Forgotten: Tracing the Tannery Brook by Emily Vail

The exhibit explores the evolving relationship between the Tannery Brook and the Kingston community. It includes copies of historic maps, digitized maps, historic photos and paintings, modern-day photos, and excerpts of primary source documents. The earliest map of the brook was from 1685, and the most recent was from 2014. These are organized into five eras, and included interpretive text to tell the Tannery Brook's story over time. Hours of Operation:Aug. 29 – Sept. 5: Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.Sept. 12 – Sept. 26: Saturdays only 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. or by appointment.
