During the late spring and early summer, wild greens and herbs are at their peak variety and vibrance — and the woods and open spaces around Opus 40 are filled with edible plants common to the Hudson River Valley and much of the Northeast United States. Join Mallory O’Donnell for a brisk walk and thorough introduction to edible plants, with a focus on understanding the quintessence of plants and issues of sustainability and ethical harvest.
