Farm to Table Dinner at Bradley Farm in New Paltz

Chef Saul Bolton is coming back to the farm for yet another return engagement. In case you were not lucky enough to attend a past dinner, after spending his early years with David Bouley and Eric Ripert, he has gone on to own many successful NY restaurants including The Vanderbilt and Red Gravy. Currently Saul is the Executive Chef of the Norm ( where he moved his acclaimed Saul), and the genius behind Brooklyn Bangers. A long time friend of Ray, we cannot wait to see what he comes up with for this 5 course meal.  We are very happy to welcome back to the farm,Jacob Daughtery, formerly the sommelier at David Bouley's Brushstroke and currently the wine director and head sommelier at Le District.  Sunday dinner served 1:30 p.m. (passed canapes), sit down starts at 2 p.m. and generally runs through 4:30 p.m. Purchase tickets online.
