From Devil Wagons to Mud Larks: The 1903 Auto Endurance Run and the Catskill Conquest Pilot Rally

On Thursday June 14 at 6:30 p.m., Robert Selkowitz will present a program at the Maurice D. Hinchey Catskill Interpretive Center on Route 28 in Mount Tremper about the 1903 Automobile Endurance Run and the commemorative Second Annual Catskill Conquest Pilot Rally, set for Sept. 22. The program also includes the story of the beginnings of macadam road building with maps from 1907 showing progress in the Catskill Park counties.
