Harambee Presents The Black History Month Kingston Gala at Arts Society of Kingston

Harambee presents The 2018 Black History Month Kingston Gala in Celebration of the Life of Benjamin Wigfall. This is an historic event that you will not want to miss. Be apart of history as we present the first ever Ben Wigfall Legacy Award. Come celebrate and pay tribute to the African-American heritage of the Kingston area. Engage in a night of dance, networking food and a special presentation about the African-American Festival slated for June 2019 and more. A few event highlights: food and drink are included; music by live band, "Room Service"; private auction; African-American festival updates. Age range: 18 and over. Food: buffet will be offered. Registration: tickets are $50. All sales are being donated to the A.J. Williams-Myers African Roots Library & The African-American Festival. Dress Attire: African garb preferred, not mandatory (upscale dress a must). This event is a part of Black History Month Kingston 2018.
